The Church of Christ, Scientist was designed by its Founder, Mary Baker Eddy, to commemorate the word and works of our Master, Christ Jesus, which should reinstate primitive Christianity and its lost element of healing.
First Church Bend is dedicated to the practice and promotion of that Christianity and the spiritual healing through prayer which is an integral part of its ongoing demonstration.
The church is located at 1551 NW First Street, on the bend between NW Portland and Awbrey, which is just over the Newport Bridge from downtown Bend. Everyone in the community is welcome, and is invited to attend our services.
